No. Immigration matters are federal, and Elizabeth has represented clients both domestically and abroad for well over 20 years. The office is in downtown Minneapolis, and much of the work is handled by phone and email wherever you happen to be.

Yes, that is the global immigration side of the practice. When American businesses need to send employees abroad for work, they often need employment permission from that country's own government. Elizabeth works with an established network of attorneys around the world to secure those foreign approvals.
