What to have in front of you

Have your case or account number to hand. It is printed on the invoice you were sent, and quoting it means your payment is matched to the right matter straight away rather than sitting unallocated.

Then contact the office by phone or email and you will be sent the current payment details. If anything about the invoice itself looks wrong, say so at that point rather than paying and querying it afterwards.

Payment details are not published on this page on purpose. Invoice and payment instructions that arrive out of the blue are a common form of fraud, so if you receive a message claiming to be from this firm with new payment details, telephone the office on 612-789-0379 and confirm it before you send anything.
